Educational Meeting Room

The Library's Meeting Room is open during regular Library hours only and can be reserved through the circulation desk. Reservations for the room must be completed at least one week in advance and setup needs should be made clear at the time of reservation.

The Meeting Room may be used for non-profit activities only. Library activities have priority. Summer Reading Programs and Toddler Storytimes are held in the meeting room. The Friends of the Library Booksale is held annually in the meeting room.

There is no rental fee, but the Library reserves the right to assess a cleanup fee if necessary. No admission may be charged for programs given in the meeting room. No products, memberships or services may be advertised, solicited, or sold.

The room can seat an audience of 50 or can accommodate 25 people seated at buffet tables. The facility features an LCD projector for presentations. Food and Drink are permitted in the meeting room during scheduled events.
